WHAT'S SGREEN STUFF?

Sgreen® Stuff is the friendly but formidable solution to rid your screens of even the toughest ink haze, whether it's plastisol, water-based, or discharge inks. It's your go-to product to eliminate oils and contaminants, preventing pinholes and ensuring superior emulsion adhesion.

Sgreen® Stuff doesn't just clean effectively; it's also a friend to your senses. Unlike harsh stain removers, it minimizes odors, making your workspace more pleasant. And here's the real game-changer: Sgreen® Stuff streamlines your screen reclamation process by combining dehazing and degreasing into one step. It's not just a time-saver; it's also a money-saver, reducing the number of chemicals you need in your reclamation process.

HOW TO USE SGREEN STUFF

  1. After applying Sgreen® Emulsion Stripper, run a thin line of Sgreen® Stuff across the top of the screen.
  2. In circular motions, gently scrub the chemical across the screen, ensuring you cover both sides.
  3. Let Sgreen® Stuff sit on the screen for 2 to 5 minutes. For stubborn ghost images, leave it on longer – even up to 15 minutes or overnight. Don't worry; it won't harm the mesh.
  4. Rinse the screen with high-pressure water, starting from the bottom on the T-shirt side. Flip the screen and rinse thoroughly with high pressure. Finish by using low-pressure water for a final flood rinse. Allow the screen to dry before coating.

Pro Tip: Avoid getting the chemical on the mesh-to-frame adhesive. Prolonged exposure can weaken the adhesive over time.
