INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pour Powder: Begin by pouring the adhesive powder into your powder applicator.
  2. Apply Evenly: After printing, apply the powder evenly across the film, ensuring no spots are missed.
  3. Remove Excess: Shake off any excess powder from the film.
  4. Heat Press: Place the film on the heat press in hover mode at 320°F (160°C) for 2 minutes or until the powder is completely dry. Increase time if necessary to achieve an melt similar to “orange peel” texture
  5. For dtf shaker ovens adjust time and temperature to 320 degrees with a dwell time of at least 2 minutes.
  6. Final Steps: Follow further instructions from the OmniPrint Direct to Transfer document for best results.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
  • Do not inhale, ingest, or allow the product to come into contact with food or drink.
  • Use with adequate ventilation.
  • Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
  • Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

First Aid

  • Eye Contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
  • Skin Contact: Wash skin thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes, removing contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention.
  • Inhalation: Move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, provide oxygen. If not breathing, administer artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.

Warning: Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause organ damage. Avoid inhalation of dust, fumes, mist, vapors, or spray. Seek medical advice if unwell.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL
  • Store in a cool, dry place with temperatures not exceeding 75°F (24°C).
  • Prevent freezing and avoid storing in open, unlabeled, or mislabeled containers.
