The Tag-less Pallet was developed to improve the quality & production rate of printing the inside labels of a shirt. Two shirts are loaded at the same time on the Tag-less pallet. Why Tag-less? No one likes the labels inside a shirt. They cost money to produce and sew in, and then the person wearing the shirt will often rip or cut the tag out because they are uncomfortable. This special pallet easily allows you to load the shirt onto your press and print the label. The Tag-less Pallet is a 16"x22" pallet with special front edge shaping that allows you to quickly load two shirts on the same pallet and print however many colors you would like. The tag print platform is 6" wide and 4" high. A bracket is not included.
The Zipper Hoodie Pallet was developed to improve the quality of printing over zipper and hem assemblies. The solid aluminum and rubber pallet has a slot machined down its center to allow the zipper to drop down to the perfect position for printing. What's the challenge? The challenge with printing zipper hoodies is the zipper because the zipper will interfere with the print. What's needed is for the zipper to drop into a slot allowing it to rest at the same height as the print surface. If you're trying to accomplish an absolutely flawless over-the-zipper print, then this design is a must. The platen has a two-tier slot down the middle.
The Riley Hopkins-Style Zipper Hoodie Platen is 16" x 18". A bracket is not included.
The Coozie Printing Pallet allows you to print four can-style Coozies at a time. Each of the print areas is 3"x 4.5". The 16"x22" pallet can also be used for other printing.
NOTE: The platen does not include a bracket. Turning the pallet around provides a printable surface that is 18 inches wide and 17.5 inches long.
The Jacket Hold-Down Platen works fantastic for quilted and thin nylon jackets, as well as reversible mesh jerseys and shorts. The bracket handle locks down in one easy motion that keeps the jacket pulled tight providing the correct pressure for printing.No bracket is included.

The roller squeegee can be used in a variety of ways that can help you enhance the garment quality as well as eliminate wasted time and effort during the screen printing process on your M&R automatic press.
The Single Three-Way Platen is made of solid aluminum and soft top rubber. These pallets are a great deal for budget-conscious, space-constrained screen printers. Allows you to print tag-less or neck prints, sleeves, and pockets with one pallet.
Unlike other manufacturers' flood bars, Action's Winged Flood Bars have no nuts. Additionally, the screws are at the top of the flood bar, keeping them away from the ink.
This drastically cuts down on the time needed to clean flood bars.
