Used just like a T-square and sharpie, the laser system creates a bright crosshair for registration lines on the platen that can be seen on the platen AND on top of the garment. Screen printers can load and align left chest designs, pocket prints, neck tags, and any other unique print placements with ease.

Worked great for a while..then I touched it one day and got a static shock and the light went dim. It’s no longer useful and I’m looking for a replacement. I would give 5 stars but I can’t figure out what went wrong

I bought one of these for my win 8x8 a few years ago and absolutely love it. I have since upgraded to an auto so I have the laser to a friend who also has a Riley Hopkins win press. When he went to use it he said he couldn’t see the laser on his platen. I checked it out and I can’t figure out what is going on. The laser is on but is extremely dim, we even tried using a USB port on a power brick that I have used it with in the past but it is still dim. I did check it out further today and I think the plug is not making the best connection. I moved the plug around and it did get brighter but not as bright as it used to be. Any ideas how to fix this?

How much ceiling height is needed to operate laser? Basement printer. Riley 300 6x4

Hi Brent,

As these are adjustable its difficult to give you a correct answer as you can adjust the angles of the laser - which will change its over all height.
With the telescopic arm down all the way - it is very close to the same height of your 20x24 screens when they are in the up position.

Is there no way to adapt this to a 150? Seems like some large washers/o rings and a lock nut would do it

Due to its construction - it does not fit properly on the Riley 150 press.

Anything you do after purchase would be up to you, but could potentially void any warranty.
