Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Internet Marketing… They all mean the same thing, and can include any of the following:

Needless to say, online marketing is important for screen printing businesses. In upcoming blogs, I would like to give you some tips and tricks that will help step up your marketing game. But first, let me introduce myself.  

History

Hi, my name is Scott Orth, Founder and President of Thrive Business Marketing. I started my life in Internet Marketing in early 1999, making me a veteran in the Industry (yes, that makes me pretty old).  Back then “SEO” wasn’t really a term. It certainly wasn’t a college course, a career choice, or a critical online business tactic like it is today. Google was just coming out and wasn’t even close to a household name yet (can you even remember life before Google?).  

In 1999, we focused on search engines like Excite, AltaVista, Yahoo, and Infoseek, to name a few.  At the time, I think there were about 10 search engines you really wanted to make sure you were on.  Other than Yahoo!. They’ve all faded away in the wake of Google. 

Alright, enough about history and background.  Why am I here, and what benefit is there for you?
