DESCRIPTION

Increasing screen room production is easier with EXILE’s Spyder II computer-to-screen system. The Spyder II creates screen masks with incredible speed and accuracy, imaging screens at over two square feet per minute at 600 dpi. At nearly twice the throughput of the original Spyder, this CTS printer streamlines the pre-press workflow providing massive reductions in labor and costs while saving you valuable time in press setup.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
  • Bi-directional Printing for Faster Output. By utilizing bi-directional printing, the time required for the print head to travel back to the starting point is also used productively to print, thereby doubling the efficiency of the printing process and reducing overall output time.
  • Reduces Screen Room Labor. By automating or simplifying tasks such as screen coating, exposure, and development, the system reduces the need for labor-intensive involvement.
  • Supports Frame Sizes up to 30” x 40” This is beneficial for commercial and industrial applications where large-scale prints are common, such as in signage, banners, and large garment prints.
  • Better Density than Most Film and Liquid Ink CTS (Computer to Screen) Systems. A system that provides better density than most film-based or liquid ink Computer to Screen systems ensures that the prints have richer and more vibrant colors with higher contrast.
