PrintGRIP is a 1mm polymer gel pad that is the clean, reusable, more effective alternative to traditional pallet adhesives. Take your printing game to the next level! Say goodbye to messy and wasteful methods, and hello to a product that can be used over and over again!
INSTRUCTIONS
Start with a clean pallet: Ensure the pallet is free from dust, debris, or old adhesive residues for optimal application.
Use Premium Platen Tape on the pallet: Apply a high quality platen tape to your pallet prior to printGRIP. This aids in easier removal of printGRIP later.
Align the blank backing: Gently pull up about 2 inches of the blank backing and align it with the back edge of the pallet.
Remove the printed top sheet: Spray printGRIP with water before removal to facilitate easier smoothing over the pallet.
Apply printGRIP sheet: Carefully remove the bottom backing while simultaneously smoothing down the printGRIP sheet over the pallet. Proceed slowly to prevent the formation of air bubbles.
Dry the printGRIP pad: Use a cloth or rag to dry.
Secure the edges: Wrap a strip of tape around both the front and back edges of the pallet. This step helps to protect the corners from peeling up during the printing process.
