OmniPrint Direct Inks are formulated to provide vivid and long lasting prints for DTF Printing on PET films. This is a whole new ink technology that allows a wider range of materials from 100% cotton,50/50 blends, 100% polyester and a variety of materials. This provides you with a faster cure, better white ink opacity and color brightness along with many more leading features. Direct Ink DTF Plus inks will help you increase the quality of your prints and reliability of your printers.

INSTRUCTIONS

Achieve flawless transfers by following these easy steps:

  • Temperature: Preheat your heat press to 300-320°F (150-160°C).
  • Pressure: Apply medium to firm pressure for optimal results.
  • Time: Press for 15-20 seconds to ensure a perfect transfer every time.
HANDLING

Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Avoid breathing mists or vapors. When using, do not eat, drink or smoke. Stir well before use. Keep containers closed when not in use. Minimize contact with air to reduce contamination with mold, fungus, or other organisms which could cause decomposition or spoilage. Wash thoroughly after handling. Observe good industrial hygiene practices. Provide adequate ventilation. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. If spills occur, use proper gloves and absorbent pads to clean and dispose according to your local regulations.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL

Store in a cool dry place not to exceed 75 degrees (F) Keep from freezing. Do not store in open, unlabeled or mislabeled containers. Store away from incompatible materials. See section 10 for incompatible materials.

Dispose of contents/container to an appropriate treatment and disposal facility in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and product characteristics at time of disposal.
